Shipping

Continental United States

We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For any other locations please see ‘International Shipping’ below. We do not ship to any address that UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses.

The flat rate shipping fee applies only to items that can be shipped via UPS Ground. Items that cannot be shipped UPS Ground include all televisions 40in. or larger and any delivery outside of the continental United States.

US customers have the option of choosing UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select service, for an additional fee. Customers in HI and AK must choose either UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service since UPS Ground service is not available to these areas.

International Shipping

International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world.

To place an order for international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the cart page, under “Shipping Options”, there is a button that reads “International Checkout”. After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click that button.

The contents of your cart will automatically be transferred to our partner ‘InternationalCheckout.com’ where you will complete the order process. The friendly and professional people at International Checkout will process your order as well as handle all inquiries regarding your international order. Inquiries should be directed to sales@steren.com

 

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within one business day from the time the order is placed. Orders take one to seven business days to reach their destination. Our order cutoff time is 12:30AM PST. Any order placed after this time will ship the following business day. This includes air orders placed after 12:30AM PST! In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day.

Sales Tax

If your shipping address is in California, you will automatically be charged applicable sales tax.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders. We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card for your own protection. It is the safest and fastest method of payment.

Pricing / Description Mistakes

We do our best to ensure our prices and descriptions are accurate. In the event that a pricing or description mistake is made, Steren Solutions reserves the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason. In this case a full refund will be given for the order. Products are subject to change without notice. Please note that items ordered may not be exactly as pictured in the catalog, website, or promotional piece. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the most current terms and conditions of sale stated herein or as published on the Steren Solutions website, www.sterenusa.com  at the time of the sale. Such terms and conditions may be amended or changed from time to time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact our sales team or customer service for the most current accurate pricing. Steren Solutions is not responsible for typographical errors or erroneous data in publications, website, or any other media platform.

All returns require authorization from Steren Solutions. Please contact us at csr@steren.com to obtain an RMA form for the return of your unit. Business hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm PST.
 
Return Of Defective Items
All returns require an RMA#. Please include a detailed description of the defect and whether you would like to receive a replacement or refund. Once item is received, it will be bench tested by a factory-trained technician together with the detailed description you provided to confirm product is defective. Replacement will be sent or refund issued according to your request.
 
Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing factory supplied hardware & packaging, where there is excessive wear & tear or damaged packaging.
 
Return Of New Unwanted Items
You can return new, unopened factory-sealed merchandise within 14 days of purchase date. You will be issued a full credit by Steren Solutions less actual shipping charges. You must ship the product back to us at your own expense. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
 
Non-Returnable Items
  • TVs larger than 20 inches
  • Audio/Video Stands/Furniture
  • Any product with a service activation feature
  • Items having their UPC Labels or Barcodes cut or removed
  • Physical damaged items after being signed for in good condition
 
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packaging and supplied accessories in its original carton with all UPC & Barcodes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. All merchandise returned MUST be double boxed with NO writing on the manufacturer’s box. Your RMA# must be displayed prominently on the outside your shipping box, NOT THE MANUFACTURER’S BOX.
 
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any return product to the STEREN SOLUTIONS warehouse. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any items that were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed actual shipping costs. Please note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to STEREN SOLUTIONS as refused or undeliverable (excluding freight carrier damaged goods). Due to the actual shipping costs incurred by STEREN SOLUTIONS you will not be refunded to & from actual shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
 
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 7-9 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
 
STEREN SOLUTIONS total liability for any loss, damage, or injury shall not exceed the net purchase price paid for the product(s). In no event shall STEREN SOLUTIONS be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses or damages. By placing an order, customer accepts all terms and conditions stated herein or as published on STEREN’s website.

Prop 65

The State of California approved an amendment to the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Prop 65. This amendment affects the language used when creating the Prop 65 Warning that is present on a product’s label if that product contains one or more chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, reproductive/developmental harm, or both. Steren is in the process of updating the Prop 65 Warnings on our labels.
